인천시,우수기업.중소기업인대상 및 뿌리기업 선정

‘우수기업’으로 ▲중견성장사다리기업에 ㈜리팩(공동대표 이일해, 이상건) 등6개사 ▲비전기업에 ㈜나우로보틱스(대표 이종주) 등 18개사 ▲유망중소기업에 주식회사 글로벌브릿지(대표 홍윤국) 등 57개사가 ▲중소기업인대상으로 대상에는 ㈜피엘코스메틱 박경래 대표 ▲우수상에는 ㈜에스투제약 박진영 대표,아임엠써키트(주) 조경표 대표 ▲장려상에는 ㈜아르펠 김도용 대표,휴미텍코리아(주) 정창식 대표, 주식회사 세원글로벌 김용석 대표가 각각 수상의 영광을 안았다.


중소기업인대상에 선정 된 ㈜피엘코스메틱 박경래 대표는 35년이 넘는 세월을 화장품 제조업에 종사하며‘제품 하나하나에 혼을 담는 가치 중심 경영’을 목표로 친환경 제품 개발에 앞장서며, 사회적 약자와 함께하는 기업운영을 실천하는 경영인이다.


우수기업과 중소기업인대상은 1차 서류평가, 2차 현지실사를 거친
후 선정심의위원회의 최종평가를 통해 선정됐다.


올해 수상자 중 ㈜에스투제약 박진영 대표는 중소기업인대상 우수상과 우수기업인 유망중소기업에 동시 선정되는 쾌거를 이뤘다.

한도 내에서 추가로 이자차액을 지원, 시에서 추진하는 각종 지원사업에 가점부여, 3년 간 세무조사 유예 등의 혜택이 주어진다.


인천시는 앞으로 더욱 다양한 지원을 제공함으로써 지역경제 발전을 이끌어갈 튼튼한 기업으로 성장할 수 있도록 뒷받침 할 계획이다.


“코로나19가 쉼 없이 기승을 부리면서 올해 초 전반적인 경제지표가 바닥을 치기도 한 가운데 뛰어난 경영철학을 바탕으로 위기에서 더욱 빛난 기업인들의 노력으로 우리 경제가 회복세를 맞이하게 되어 기업인 여러분께 감사드리며, 신속하고 적극적인 기업 지원정책을 펼쳐나가겠다”고 말했다.


또한, 인천시가 인천테크노파크와 함께 ‘2021년 인천 일하기 좋은 뿌리기업 선정 시상식’을 인천테크노파크 미추홀타워에서 진행했다.


코로나19로 인한 어려운 경영여건에서도 근무환경, 성장역량 등이 우수한 뿌리기업을 선정, 홍보함으로써 뿌리기업에 대한 긍정적인 인식을 확산하고 장기근속을 유도하기 위해 마련한 자리다.


인천시는 주조·금형·소성가공·용접·표면처리·열처리의 6대 공정을 운용하는 인천 소재 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 산업재해와 이직률 등 10개 부문을 서면평가 한 뒤, 접근성 및 근무환경 등 8개 부문 현장평가를 통해 최종 10개 우수 뿌리기업을 선정했다.


플로우테크(주)를 비롯한 10개 우수 뿌리기업에는 기업홍보, 경영안정자금 우대 지원, 인천시 기업지원 사업 선정 시 가점부여 등 다양한 혜택이 제공된다.


변주영 시 일자리경제본부장은 “뿌리산업이 용접, 금형 등 6대 뿌리기술에서 3D프린팅 등 8개 뿌리기술이 추가돼 고부가가치 산업으로 도약할 수 있는 계기가 마련됐다”면서 “뿌리산업을 근간으로 AI, 빅데이터 등 요소기술 융합을 통해 미래의 성장 동력인 바이오, PAV, 로봇, 반도체 산업 등 고부가가치 산업 대전환으로 행복한 일자리 생태계 초연결 모델 도시 구현에 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
