브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 엑소(EXO) 멤버 카이가 자유로운 무드가 돋보이는 단독 화보를 공개했다.
카이가 유튜브 라이프&스타일 채널 ‘모노튜브’에서 발행하는 매거진을 통해 다채로운 매력의 화보를 선보였다. 총 64페이지, 50여 컷으로 파격 구성된 카이의 화보에서는 촬영장에서 가장 행복하고 자유로운 카이의 자연스러운 모먼트를 빠짐없이 담아냈다.
카이는 이번 화보를 통해 패션 브랜드 구찌와 컬래버레이션한 ‘카이 X 구찌(KAI X Gucci)’ 컬렉션의 다양한 착장을 선보였다.
구찌의 엠버서더인 카이로부터 영감을 받은 ‘카이 X 구찌’ 컬렉션은 평소 카이가 가장 좋아하는 곰돌이를 모티브로 ‘카이곰’이라는 새로운 테디 베어를 창조, 의류를 비롯한 다양한 액세서리에 디자인을 반영했다.
이어진 인터뷰에서 카이는 스물여덟 살을 맞아 더욱 단단해진 내면을 드러내 시선을 사로잡았다. “지난 1년 동안 다른 사람들의 생각을 더욱 존중할 수 있게 됐다”는 카이는 “가수 카이로서 순위나 앨범 판매량 등의 목표를 잡게 되면 이루지 못했을 때 괴로움이 오더라. 수치가 있는 목표는 행복할 수 없기에 잡지 않고, 나한테 가장 중요한 것이 무엇인지에 초점을 맞추며 ‘정리’에 집중한다”며 자신만의 ‘행복 추구’ 비법을 밝혔다.
