(브레이크뉴스인천 문광수 기자) 인천시가 12일 한여름을 더욱 뜨겁게 달굴 인천펜타포트 락페스티벌의 1차 라인업을 공개했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 2023년 인천펜타포트 락페스티벌에 출연하는 32개 팀의 명단을 1차로 공개했다.
헤드라이너로 2001년 포스트 펑크 리바이얼이라는 장르를 개척하며 데뷔 이후 줄곧 세계 최고의 자리를 유지하고 있는 스트록스(The Strokes)가 지난 2006년 이후 17년 만에 인천펜타포트 락페스티벌을 찾는다.
스트록스는 현재 해외 유명 음악 축제의 헤드라이너로 활동 중이고, 2021년 그래미 어워드 베스트 락 앨범을 수상한 정상급 락 밴드로 국내 팬들의 내한 공연 관심이 뜨거운 팀이다.
또, 오아시스 출신 앤디 벨(Andy Bell)이 속해 있는 영국 슈게이징 장르의 대표주자인 라이드(Ride)를 비롯해 세계를 대표하는 10여 팀의 뮤지션들이 출연한다.

올해 인천펜타포트 락 페스티벌은 라인업을 공개하기 전부터 락마니아들로부터 뜨거운 관심을 받고 있다.
지난 4월 28일 인터파크를 통해 판매된 블라인드 티켓은 2분 만에 한정 수량 5,000장이 매진되는 저력을 보였다.
블라인드 티켓 매진에 이어 얼리버드 티켓(20% 할인, 국민카드 결제 시 5% 추가 할인)은 인터파크 예매처를 통해 12일 오후 2시에 오픈, 판매될 예정이다.
