이날 시상식에서는 부문별 대상 30선과 대한민국 축제 명예의 전당, 국제박람회 특별상, 국제박람회 감독상, 축제연출 감독상, 축제 실무팀(자) 공로상 등을 시상했다. 또한 본 시상식에서 여러 차례 수상한 축제를 졸업시키는 2023 대한민국 축제 명예의 전당에는 한탄강의 절경과 아름다운 주상절리를 감상할 수 있는 국내 유일의 얼음 트래킹축제인 '철원한탄강얼음트레킹'이 선정되어 이현종 철원군수가 어보를 수상했다.
