‘이노비즈’는 차별화된 기술력을 바탕으로 경쟁 우위를 확보한 기술혁신형 중소기업에게 부여되는 인증제도로, 기술 혁신, 기술 사업화, 기술 혁신경영, 기술 혁신성과 등 4개 분야의 기술혁신 시스템 평가와 전문 인력의 현장 실사를 통해 이뤄진다.
