맑음 숨터는 어린이집과 장애인시설, 노인요양시설 등 상대적으로 공기 질에 민감한 계층이 주로 이용하는 취약시설의 실내공기질을 측정하고, 시설을 개선해 주는 사업이다. 매년 각 시군별로 신청을 받은 후 경기도가 지원 대상을 선정해 벽지, 장판, 페인트, 공기청정기 등을 친환경 제품으로 교체해 주는 방식으로 진행된다.
