(순천=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자= 전라남도는 8일 시군과 함께 고농도 미세먼지 비상저감조치 발령 및 제3차 미세먼지 계절관리기간에 선제 대응하기 위한 협업회의를 열어, 미세먼지 저감에 적극 협력하기로 뜻을 모았다.
이번 회의는 지난 1월 인사이동에 따른 업무공백을 최소화하고 고농도 미세먼지 비상저감조치 발령 시 신속하게 대응하기 위한 것으로, 업무교육과 함께 미세먼지 저감을 위한 도, 시군 의견교류의 장이 됐다.
교육은 ▲미세먼지 비상저감조치 및 제3차 계절관리기간 행동요령 ▲자동차 운행제한 단속 및 자동차 운행제한 시스템 운영 ▲운행차 배출가스 저감사업 지침 개정 내용 등 미세먼지 대응 업무 전반에 대해 다뤘다. 도민 수요 대응을 위해 일선 시군이 체감한 애로사항에 대해서도 의견을 나눴다.
서은수 전남도 환경산림국장은 “이번 도․시군 협업 회의는 겨울철 고농도 미세먼지 비상저감조치 발령에 신속 대응하기 위한 것”이라며 “시군과 지속해서 소통해 미세먼지 저감을 위해 적극 협력하는 등 청정한 공기질을 유지하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
지난해 전남지역 초미세먼지(PM-2.5) 농도는 전국 평균 18㎍/㎥보다 낮은 15㎍/㎥로 나타났다. 육지부에서는 가장 깨끗한 대기질을 유지하고 있다.
전남도는 22개 시군에 46개 대기오염측정망을 설치해 상시 운영 중이다.
