대전시는 6일 시청 1층 로비에서 사회복지공동모금회가 주관하는 ‘희망2022 나눔캠페인’순회모금 행사를 가졌다.
행사에는 허태정 대전시장, 권중순 대전시의회 의장 및 시청 임직원, 기부자 대표 등이 참석해 주변 어려운 분들이 따뜻한 겨울을 보낼 수 있도록 기부에 동참했다.
한편 이번 순회모금회에는 대전도시공사에서 3천 3백만 원, 한국원자력연구원 중앙연구원 2천 5백만 원, 세원화성주식회사 2천만 원을 기부하는 기탁식도 함께 진행됐다.
희망2022 나눔캠페인 순회모금은 시청 및 구청 직원 및 지역주민 등의 기부참여를 조성하기 위해서 이날 대전시청을 시작하여 7일 대덕구청 16일 유성구청 등에서 진행될 예정이다.
허태정 대전시장은“여전히 모두 힘든 시기라 그 어느 때보다 귀중한 나눔이 어려운 이웃들에게 큰 감동으로 다가 가리라 생각이 되며, 서로 손을 내밀고 잡아주는 문화가 자리 잡는다며 우리 공동체가 믿음과 온정으로 단단해질 것”이라며 “나눔캠페인에 많은 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 말했다
‘희망2022나눔캠페인’은 2021년 12월 1일부터 내년 1월 31일까지 총 62일간 진행되며 대전에서 총 56억 원을 목표로 하고 있다. 모아진 성금은 대전지역 어려운 이웃들의 생계비, 의료비 등으로 지원한다.
