브레이크뉴스 노보림 기자= 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 3차 확산으로 피해를 본 소상공인 등에 대한 3차 재난지원금이 11일부터 지급된다.
정부는 이날 '소상공인 버팀목 자금' 우선 지급 대상자에게 알림 문자 메시지를 발송할 예정이다. 지원 대상자는 홈페이지(www.버팀목자금.kr)에서도 직접 신청할 수 있다.
지급 대상자는 지난해 11월 방역 지침 강화에 따라 피해를 입은 소상공인 약 250만 명으로 지급규모는 4조1000억원이다.
기존 2차 재난지원금(새희망자금)을 받은 소상공인과 정부 방역지침에 따라 집합금지·제한 조치를 받은 특별피해업종이 우선 지원 대상이다.
지원 대상자는 사업자등록번호 끝자리가 홀수면 11일인 오늘, 짝수는 12일부터 신청할 수 있다. 13일부터는 구분없이 모두 신청할 수 있다.
지난해 11월 24일 이후 정부와 지자체의 방역 강화 조치로 집합금지·영업제한 조치를 받은 소상공인은 각각 300만원과 200만원을 받을 수 있다. 그 외 업종은 지난해 매출이 4억 원 이하이면서 2019년보다 2020년 연 매출이 줄어야만 100만 원을 받을 수 있다.
또한 신규 대상자 30만 명의 경우, 오는 25일 부가가치세 신고 내용을 토대로 지원 대상을 선별해 지급할 계획으로, 이르면 3월 중순부터 지급될 것으로 보인다.
아울러 코로나19로 인해 소득이 줄어든 특수 형태 근로자와 프리랜서 70만 명에 대해서도 오늘부터 3차 '긴급고용안정지원금'이 지급된다. 우선 지난해 1,2차 지원금을 받은 65만명에게 15일까지 1인당 50만원씩 지급된다.
