이어 장 대표는 영화 산업에 대한 8천억 원 투자 발표에 대해서도 지적을 이어갔다. 장 대표는 “대통령 지갑이 아니라 국민 혈세에서 나가는 돈이며, 영화보다 급한 국민 삶의 현장이 한둘이 아니다”라고 짚었다. 아울러 파병 및 통상 등 산적한 외교 현안을 언급하며, “호르무즈 파병 논의를 왜 프랑스에서 하는가”라고 꼬집었다. 그는 취임 이후 13번째를 맞이한 대통령의 해외 순방을 두고 “역대 대통령 중 최다 기록이지만 기억에 남는 성과는 없다”며 “한미정상회담의 결과만 봐도 알 수 있듯이 프랑스 일정을 마치고 돌아오면 괴로운 일들만 기다리고 있을 것”이라고 경고했다.

먼저, 김장겸 언론자유특위 위원장과 이진숙 미디어위원장은 전임 경찰 지휘부가 사전 협의를 거친 국회의원의 공식 방문 일정을 방해했다고 지적했다. 김 위원장과 이 위원장은 “경찰청과 서울·광주·제주경찰청이 언론 비공개를 요구하거나 출입을 제한하고 면담을 지연·무산시키는 방식으로 국회의원의 정당한 의정활동을 방해했다”고 밝혔다.
이어 광주경찰청의 '장윤기 사건' 관련 면담 거부, 제주경찰청의 당일 협의 번복 사례 등을 언급했다. 특히 박정보 전 서울경찰청장에 대해 “투표용지 부족 사태에 항의하는 국민들을 향해 ‘패가망신시키겠다’는 취지의 발언을 해 논란을 빚었다”며 “항의 방문한 의원들과 소속 경비부장이 언쟁을 벌이고 보좌직원을 폭행하는 사태까지 발생했다”고 비판했다.

이어 “김 후보자 측은 과거 기소유예 처분을 근거로 의혹을 부인하지만 기소유예가 무죄 판결을 의미하는 것은 아니다”라며 “경찰은 정치적 고려 없이 법과 원칙에 따라 재수사를 통해 신약 로비 의혹의 실체를 철저히 밝혀야 한다”고 주장했다.
또한 용혜인 성평등가족부 장관 후보자에 대해서도 “정치자금법 위반과 직권남용 등 혐의로 경찰에 총 5건의 고발장이 접수돼 있다”라라며 “남편이자 당직자인 박 모 씨에게 급여를 지급하는 과정에서의 정치자금 부당 사용 의혹과 공항 귀빈실 사적 이용 특혜 의혹이 제기되고 있다”고 비판했다.
그러면서 “국민의 혈세와 공적 권한을 사적으로 이용했다는 의혹은 그 자체로 장관 후보자의 자격을 엄중히 따져야 할 사안”이라며 “도덕성과 법적 정당성에 중대한 의문이 제기된 인사들을 장관 후보자로 내세우고서는 국민의 신뢰를 얻을 수 없다”고 꼬집었다.
