브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 스트레이 키즈(Stray Kids)가 신보 'THIS & THAT'(디스 앤드 댓)으로 네 번째 초동 트리플 밀리언셀러를 달성, 뜨거운 인기를 입증했다.
스트레이 키즈는 지난 7일 미니앨범 'THIS & THAT'을 발매했다. 신작은 국내 음반 집계 사이트 한터차트 기준 초동(발매일 기준 일주일 동안의 음반 판매량) 328만 9269장을 기록했다.
15일 소속사 JYP엔터테인먼트 "이는 정규 3집 '★★★★★ (5-STAR)'(파이브스타), 미니 앨범 '樂-STAR'(락스타), 정규 4집 'KARMA'(카르마)에 이은 스트레이 키즈의 네 번째 초동 트리플 밀리언셀링 성과다. 또한 현재까지 2026년에 발매된 모든 앨범 중 두 번째로 높은 초동 성적으로 의미를 더했다"고 밝혔다.
이번 앨범 초동은 지난해 11월 발매한 전작 SKZ IT TAPE(스키즈 잇 테이프) 'DO IT'(두 잇) 대비 약 100만장 상승한 수치다. 이외에도 신보는 한터차트 주간 앨범 차트(2026.08.03~08.09)와 써클차트의 주간 리테일 앨범 차트 및 주간 앨범 차트(2026.08.02~08.08) 정상을 차지했고, 월드와이드 아이튠즈 앨범 차트는 7일 자부터 12일 자까지 6일 연속 1위를 장악했다.
'이것저것 다' 해내고자 정진하는 스트레이 키즈의 자신감을 담은 타이틀곡 'This & That'은 최근 써클차트의 주간 다운로드 차트(2026.08.02~08.08) 1위에 올랐다. 여기에 13일 Mnet '엠카운트다운'에 이어 14일 방송된 KBS 2TV '뮤직뱅크'에서도 1위에 오르며 트로피를 추가했다.
