이재명 대통령이 13일 현 부동산 정책 논란 관련해 "전방위적 공급 총력전에 나서야 한다"고 주장했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오후 청와대에서 열린 제43차 수석보좌관회의 모두 발언에서 "각종 인·허가 절차를 최대 단축, 택지도 기존 규제에 얽매이지 말고 필요 시 법·제도를 고쳐 파격 확보해 공급에 나서야 한다"며 이같이 말했다.
그러면서 "공급 정책 경우 현실적 제약 요소도 많다"며 "소요기간도 길어 더욱 특별한 각오를 갖고 전방위적인 공급 총력전에 나서야 한다”고 주장했다.
또 "국가 미래를 위협하는 시한폭탄 같은 부동산 문제 해결에 가용 수단·역량을 집중 투입해야한다”며 "파격적 속도감있는 공급과 공정·합리적 조세 체계, 세밀하고 두터운 금융 정책 유기 조합이 뭣보다 필수적”이라고 했다.
이어 "정책을 발표하면 최종 정책이고 바꾸면 일관성 없는 것처럼 오락가락 이런 식으로 평가돼 잘 안 바꾸려 한다"며 "그건 낡은 과거 방식으로 공직자·공무원은 100% 완벽한 존재일 수 없다”고 했다.
