이번 대책은 단순한 시설 확충을 넘어 기술, 인력, 제도적 보장까지 아우르는 ▲AI 기반 신속 이송체계 구축 ▲최종 치료 인프라 확충 ▲지역 의료계 상생 협력 ▲의료진 사법리스크 완화 등 4대 핵심 과제를 골자로 한다.
AI가 골든타임 사수… 초광역 이송 매뉴얼 정비
가장 눈에 띄는 변화는 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 이송 체계의 고도화다. 오는 9월부터 대구 지역 19개 응급의료기관과 119구급대에 ‘응급 통합 AI 플랫폼’이 확대 적용된다.
이 시스템은 응급환자가 구급차에 탑승하는 즉시 환자의 생체 신호와 상태를 실시간으로 분석하고, 지역 의료기관의 병상 및 의료 자원 현황을 자동 연계해 가장 적합한 병원을 시의적절하게 추천한다. 이를 통해 구급대원이 일일이 병원에 수용 가능 여부를 전화로 확인하던 불필요한 지체 시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있게 됐다.
