유진그룹의 모회사 유진기업이 ESG(환경·사회·지배구조) 경영 활동과 비재무적 성과를 담은 지속가능경영보고서를 발간했다.
유진기업(대표이사 최재호)은 ‘2025 지속가능경영보고서’를 발간했다고 11일 밝혔다. 지난해에 이어 두 번째로 발간하는 보고서다.
보고서는 국제 지속가능경영 보고 기준인 ‘GRI Standards 2021’에 따라 작성됐다. 환경·사회·지배구조 분야의 주요 활동과 성과, 추진 전략 등을 담았다.
유진기업은 이번 보고서에서 ‘안전보건경영’과 ‘친환경 비즈니스’를 주요 이슈로 선정했다. 안전보건경영 부문에서는 임직원과 협력사의 안전을 위한 관리체계 강화 내용을 담았으며, 친환경 비즈니스 부문에서는 녹색구매 확대와 친환경 제품 개발 등의 활동을 소개했다.
환경 분야에서는 온실가스와 에너지 관리, 자원순환 등 기후변화 대응 활동을 다뤘다. 사회 분야에는 인재·인권경영, 공급망 관리, 정보보호, 사회공헌 활동 등을 수록했다.
지배구조 분야에서는 이사회 운영, 윤리·준법경영, 주주가치 제고, 통합 리스크 관리 등의 내용을 담았다.
유진기업은 부패방지경영시스템(ISO 37001)과 준법경영시스템(ISO 37301) 인증을 취득했으며, 공정거래 자율준수프로그램(CP)을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
유진기업 관계자는 "안전보건 체계 강화와 친환경 사업 확대 등 ESG 경영 활동을 보고서에 담았다"며 "앞으로도 이해관계자와의 소통을 확대하고 ESG 경영을 지속적으로 강화하겠다"고 말했다.
