<브레이크뉴스 포천 = 이용하 기자> 포천시가 향후 4년간 포천의 복지 정책을 이끌어갈 ‘제6기 지역사회보장계획(2027~2030)’ 수립에 속도를 내고 있다.
12일 포천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 11일 시청 대회의실에서 제6기 지역사회보장계획 수립을 위한 연구용역 중간보고회와 시민공청회를 열고 각계각층의 의견을 청취했다.
이번 보고회는 그간 진행된 지역사회보장 여건 분석과 주민 욕구 조사, 표적집단 인터뷰(FGI) 결과 등을 종합적으로 공유하고, 차기 계획의 핵심 목표와 추진 전략, 세부 사업 방향을 점검하기 위해 마련됐다.

포천시는 제6기 계획의 완성도를 높이기 위해 기존 사업의 추진 성과를 냉철히 평가하고, 변화하는 정책 환경과 주민들의 실제 복지 수요를 다각적으로 분석해 왔다.
이날 현장에는 포천시 지역사회보장협의체 위원을 비롯해 수립 전담반(TF), 읍면동 협의체 관계자, 유관 기관 시설 관계자 및 일반 시민들이 대거 참석해 포천형 복지 모델 구축을 위한 다양한 제안을 쏟아냈다.
포천시 관계자는 “지역사회보장계획은 민관이 함께 만들어가는 포천시 복지 정책의 핵심 청사진”이라며 “공청회에서 제시된 소중한 의견들을 면밀히 검토해 포천의 지역 특성과 시민의 실제 욕구가 정책과 사업으로 구체화되는 실행력 있는 계획을 마련하겠다”고 전했다.
