대전 서구의 한 예식장이 관할 지자체에 신고도 하지 않은 채 불법으로 하객들에게 뷔페 음식을 제공해 오다 적발됐다. 구는 즉각 형사고발 조치를 완료하고 해당 시설에 대한 강제 폐쇄 절차에 돌입했다.
서구는 관내 한 예식장에서 일반음식점 영업 신고 없이 뷔페를 운영한 위법 사실을 적발하고, 이를 ‘식품위생법’ 위반 혐의로 사법당국에 고발하는 동시에 영업소 폐쇄를 위한 행정 처분에 착수했다고 16일 밝혔다.
