파주시청소년상담복지센터는 지난 26일 인턴상담사들의 실무 역량을 높이기 위한 1차 전문교육 ‘사례개념화의 실제’를 운영하며 상담 현장에서 요구되는 전문성 강화에 나섰다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 청소년 상담 과정에서 접하는 다양한 사례를 보다 체계적으로 분석하고, 내담자의 특성과 문제를 종합적으로 이해해 적절한 상담 방향을 설정할 수 있는 능력을 키우기 위해 마련됐다.
강의는 다년간 상담과 교육 분야에서 활동해 온 김형수 단국대학교 교수가 맡아 실제 상담 사례를 중심으로 진행됐으며 교육에서는 사례개념화의 개념과 중요성을 비롯해 상담 과정에서 수집한 정보를 분석하는 방법, 내담자의 문제를 다각도로 이해하는 접근법, 상담 목표 설정과 개입 전략 수립 등 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심 내용이 중점적으로 다뤄졌다.
특히 참가자들은 다양한 상담 사례를 바탕으로 사례개념화를 실제 상담 과정에 적용하는 방법을 익히며, 보다 효과적인 상담 개입 방안을 수립할 수 있는 실질적인 역량을 높이는 시간을 가졌다.
장문희 파주시청소년상담복지센터장은 “사례개념화는 내담자의 상황을 정확하게 이해하고 적절한 상담 방향을 제시하기 위해 상담사가 반드시 갖춰야 하는 중요한 역량”이라며 “이번 교육이 인턴상담사들의 실무 능력을 한층 높이는 계기가 되기를 기대한다.”고 말했으며 이어 “앞으로도 체계적인 교육과 지속적인 수퍼비전을 통해 상담 인력의 전문성을 강화하고, 지역 청소년들이 더욱 수준 높은 상담 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
