브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 에스파(aespa)가 ‘쇠콤달콤’ 매력을 담아낸 정규 2집 ‘레모네이드’(LEMONADE)로 103만장의 판매고를 올리며 통산 8번째 밀리언셀러를 기록, 독보적인 인기를 입증했다.
11일 발표된 써클차트에 따르면, 에스파 정규 2집 ‘레모네이드’는 누적 음반 판매량 103만 7190장을 돌파했다.
에스파의 소속사 SM엔터테인먼트는 11일 “이는 전작 미니 2집 ‘Girls’(걸스), 3집 ‘MY WORLD’(마이 월드), 4집 ‘Drama’(드라마), 정규 1집 ‘Armageddon’(아마겟돈), 미니 5집 ‘Whiplash’(위플래시), 싱글 ‘Dirty Work’(더티 워크), 6집 ‘Rich Man’(리치맨)에 이은 통산 여덟 번째 밀리언셀러 달성이다”고 밝혔다.
더불어 에스파의 ‘레모네이드’는 전 세계 음반 판매량 집계 사이트 미디어 트래픽이 발표한 6월 둘째 주 ‘유나이티드 월드 차트’ 앨범 부문 1위를 차지하기도 했다.
특히 이번 앨범은 미국 빌보드 메인 앨범 차트 ‘빌보드 200’에 9위로 진입하며 통산 세 번째 TOP10을 기록했고, 영국의 ‘오피셜 싱글 차트’에 데뷔 이후 첫 진입, 프랑스음반협회(SNEP)의 ‘톱 앨범 차트’ 13위를 기록했다.
