씨어터컴퍼니웃끼가 선보이는 이번 작품은 원주의 대표 명물인 '전통시장'과 '만두'를 소재로 한 연극이다. 작고 초라한 리어카 '미숙이네 봉천만두'에 숨겨진 맛을 찾아가는 여정을 통해 삶의 진정한 의미를 되짚어보며 묵직한 감동을 선사할 예정이다.
이번 공연은 오는 6월 10일과 11일 오후 7시 30분, 원주 백운아트홀에서 화려한 막을 올린다. 이후 7월 평창과 영월, 8월 인제 등 도내 순회공연을 거쳐 9~10월 다시 원주로 돌아와 총 13회에 걸쳐 관객들에게 진한 여운을 전한다.
관람료는 전 좌석 1만 원으로 책정돼 시민들의 문화 접근성을 한층 높였다. 특히 티켓을 예매한 관람객 전원에게는 5천 원 상당의 모바일 온누리상품권이 혜택으로 제공돼, 전통시장 활성화에도 크게 기여할 전망이다. 예매는 인터파크에서 진행된다.
