장관호 후보는 지난 14일 오후 선거사무소에서 ‘AI 교육 자문단 위촉식 및 정책 간담회’를 개최하고 전남·광주 교육의 미래 방향을 모색했다. 이번 행사는 급변하는 기술 환경 속에서 현장 중심의 AI 정책 기반을 마련하기 위해 기획되었다.
이날 출범한 자문단에는 지역 AI 산업과 학계를 상징하는 전문가들이 대거 이름을 올렸다. 김종민 광주인공지능산학연협의회장을 비롯해 정우주 대통령직속 국가인공지능전략위원회 자문위원(인디제이 대표), 김병도 전 경기도경제과학진흥원 이사, 김영집 광주대학교 교수, 김용혁 페르소나AI 광주본부장, 이성대 인공지능 연구모임 대표 등이 자문위원으로 위촉되어 정책 설계에 힘을 보태기로 했다.
