(나주=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전라남도국제농업박람회가 2027년 박람회의 성공적인 개최를 위해 농업, 에너지, 정책 분야의 핵심 기관들과 협력 체계를 구축하며 본격적인 준비에 나섰다.
전남도국제농업박람회 사무국은 지난 13일 전남농업기술원에서 한국농어촌공사, 한국에너지공과대학교(KENTECH), 한국농촌경제연구원과 ‘2027 국제농업박람회 성공 개최를 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 2027년 박람회 주제인 ‘K-에너지 농업’을 구체화하고, 각 전문기관의 역량을 결합해 지역 농업기업의 비즈니스 기회를 확대하기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 농업 분야의 탄소중립과 에너지 전환 등 ESG(환경·사회·투명경영) 의제를 전시 및 학술 프로그램에 녹여내어 행사의 질적 수준을 높인다는 전략이다.
협약에 따라 기관별로 역할을 분담하여 유기적으로 협력할 예정이다.
전남도국제농업박람회는 행사장 시설·인프라 지원, 학술행사와 포럼 기획·운영, 협력 프로그램 홍보와 참가자 유치 등을 맡는다. 한국농어촌공사는 기후대응 ESG 성과 전시, 탄소중립 체험·홍보관 운영 자문, K-농공기술 국제협력 전시, 스마트 물관리·정보통신기술(ICT) 체험관 운영에 협력한다.
한국에너지공과대학교는 농업에너지관 콘텐츠 자문, 국제 에너지 농업 학술포럼 주제 발굴과 전문가 추천, 에너지 기술·창업 분야 청년 스타트업 프로그램 연계, 핵융합 등 미래에너지 분야 전시 콘텐츠 기획 자문을 담당한다. 한국농촌경제연구원은 세계를 잇는 농업관 콘텐츠 개발 자문, 국제 농정 의제 발굴, 학술포럼 개최 지원, 국제개발원조(ODA) 등 국제기구 네트워크 구축에 협력한다.
