14일부터 나흘간 서울 SETEC서 대전 청년 작가 12인 작품 선보여
2026 DYAS 사업 선정 작가 전원 참여, 지역 예술가 전국 유통 활로 개척
대전의 유망 청년 작가들이 대한민국 미술 시장의 중심인 서울에서 작품 세계를 펼친다.
대전문화재단이 ‘2026 대전청년작가유통지원사업(DYAS, Daejeon Youth Artist Artfair Support)’의 일환으로 5월 14일부터 17일까지 서울 SETEC에서 열리는 ‘2026 서울아트페어’에 참가한다고 13일 밝혔다.
대전청년작가유통지원사업은 지역의 젊은 예술가들이 작품 전시와 유통, 판매에 이르기까지 미술 시장에 성공적으로 안착할 수 있도록 돕는 전문 지원 프로그램이다. 재단은 지난 3월 엄격한 공모 심사를 거쳐 올해 사업을 이끌어갈 12명의 정예 작가를 최종 선발했다.
이번 1차 아트페어에는 김다은, 나현진, 도근기, 라현희, 변원형, 심준보, 양지은, 여인태, 오지희, 이혜주, 임효순, 조희주 등 선정 작가 12인 전원이 참여한다. 이들은 전국 규모의 미술 행사인 서울아트페어를 통해 수도권 관람객 및 컬렉터들과 직접 소통하며 활동 영역을 전국구로 넓히는 발판을 마련할 예정이다.
대전문화재단은 앞선 2025년 서울아트페어에서도 청년 작가들의 높은 작품 판매율을 기록하며 주목받은 바 있다. 올해 역시 작가들의 개성 넘치는 작품들이 서울의 아트 마켓에서 긍정적인 반응을 이끌어낼 것으로 기대하고 있다.
백춘희 대전문화재단 대표이사는 “지역 청년 작가들의 뛰어난 예술적 역량이 서울이라는 큰 무대에서 충분히 빛을 발할 수 있도록 다각도로 지원할 것”이라며 “올해 총 3회의 아트페어 참가를 통해 대전 예술의 우수성을 널리 알리겠다”고 전했다.

The Daejeon Foundation announced on the 13th that it will participate in the ‘2026 Seoul Art Fair,’ held at SETEC in Seoul from May 14 to 17, as part of the ‘2026 Daejeon Youth Artist Artfair Support (DYAS).’
The Daejeon Youth Artist Artfair Support is a specialized support program designed to help young local artists successfully establish themselves in the art market, covering everything from exhibition and distribution to sales. Following a rigorous open call screening process last March, the Foundation finally selected 12 elite artists to lead this year's project.
All 12 selected artists—Kim Da-eun, Na Hyun-jin, Do Geun-gi, Ra Hyun-hee, Byun Won-hyung, Shim Jun-bo, Yang Ji-eun, Yeo In-tae, Oh Ji-hee, Lee Hye-ju, Im Hyo-soon, and Cho Hee-ju—will participate in this first art fair.
