청와대가 6일 "이재명 대통령이 양경숙 전 더불어민주당 의원을 코스타리카 대통령 취임식 특사로 파견한다"고 전했다.
강유정 수석대변인은 이날 오전 서면 브리핑에서 "정부는 라우라 페르난데스 코스타리카 대통령 취임식에 양 전 의원을 이 대통령 특사로 파견 예정"이라며 이같이 전했다.
그러면서 "양 특사는 페르난데스 대통령을 만나 코스타리카측에 정부 국정 철학·대외 정책을 전하고, 코스타리카 신정부와의 관계 발전에 대한 대통령 메시지를 대통령 친서와 함께 전달케 된다"고 했다.
