산업 분야에서는 반도체산업 특화단지의 지정·지원 기준 등 세부 절차를 논의했으며, SOC 분야에서는 국가 재정지원 대상 도로의 범위와 지방관리항만 지원 대상을 구체화해 국비 확보를 위한 제도적 근거를 명확히 했다.
