주)바로저축은행, 구례군 취약계층 위해 1천만 원 상당 물품 기탁

(구례=브레이크뉴스) 이학수 기자=전남 구례군은 지난 11일 (주)바로저축은행으로부터 지역 내 취약계층을 위한 1천만 원 상당의 물품을 전달받았다고 밝혔다.

이번에 기탁된 성품은 전남사회복지공동모금회를 통해 구례군 관내 사회복지시설에 전달되어 도움이 필요한 이웃들을 위해 사용될 예정이다.

이번 기탁은 지난 2022년 구례군과 바로저축은행이 체결한 ‘1사 1촌 상생 협약’의 일환으로 진행되었다. 당시 바로저축은행은 5년간 총 1억 원을 기탁하기로 약정했으며, 이번 1천만 원 기탁을 포함해 현재까지 누적 기탁액은 9천만 원에 달한다.

전달식에 참석한 김민수 바로저축은행 대표이사는 “이번 기탁이 복지 사각지대에 놓인 지역 주민들에게 작게나마 보탬이 되길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 다양한 방식으로 지역사회를 위한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
