진천군, 봄철 산불대책 관계기관 회의 진행

【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 진천군은 지난 12일 군청 소회의실에서 봄철 산불대책 관계기관 회의를 개최했다.

  이날 회의에는 진천산림항공관리소, 충주국유림관리소, 진천소방서, 진천경찰서, 군부대, 한국전력 진천지사, 진천군산림조합 등 산불 관련 유관기관 관계자들이 참석했다.

  현장에서는 전도성 진천부군수 주재로 기관별 현장 조치 방안과 산불 진화 공조 체계 구축 방안에 대해 심도 있는 논의가 이뤄졌다.

  군은 지난 1월 20일부터 5월 15일까지를 ‘산불조심기간’으로 정하고 산불 예방 활동에 적극 대응하고 있다. 

  특히 봄철 농업 부산물 불법 소각과 부주의로 인한 산불 위험, 입산자 실화 등으로 주요 산림에서 산불이 발생할 가능성이 높은 만큼 예방과 방지에 총력을 기울이고 있다.

  전도성 부군수는 “산불 예방은 결국 현장의 작은 실천과 신속한 공조에서 성과가 갈린다”며 “오늘 논의된 사항을 즉시 현장에 반영해 예방은 더욱 촘촘히 하고, 대응은 더욱 신속하게 추진해 달라”고 당부했다.
