브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 배우 황정음이 전 소속사로부터 가압류를 당했다는 보도가 나온 가운데, 와이원엔터테인먼트가 입장을 밝혔다.
황정음의 전 소속사 와이원엔터테인먼트는 13일 입장문을 내고 “당사는 현재 진행 중인 법적 절차와 관련해 법원의 결정을 존중한다”며 “다만 구체적인 사항은 사법 절차에 영향을 미칠 수 있어 현 단계에서 확인하거나 언급하기 어려운 점 양해 부탁드린다”고 전했다.
그러면서 “당사는 향후에도 관련 절차에 따라 성실히 대응하겠으며, 이와 관련한 추가 입장은 별도로 드리지 않겠다”고 덧붙였다.
이날 스포티비뉴스는 와이원엔터테인먼트가 최근 황정음이 소유한 서울 이태원의 단독주택 토지와 건물에 가압류를 신청했다고 보도했다.
매체에 따르면, 서울중앙지방법원은 지난 10일 이를 받아들여 가압류를 결정했다. 청구 금액은 2억 8200만원이다. 황정음은 해당 단독주택을 2020년 46억원에 매입한 것으로 알려졌다.
와이원엔터테인먼트는 앞서 지난달 8일 “지난해 11월 27일 황정음에게 전속계약 해지를 통보했고, 해당 통보는 수용돼 양측 간 전속계약은 이미 종료됐다”고 밝힌 바 있다.
한편, 황정음은 지난 2022년 자신이 지분 100%를 소유한 1인 기획사에서 대출받은 자금 중 7억원을 가지급금 형태로 수령해 가상화폐에 투자했고, 2022년 12월까지 회삿돈 43억 4000여 만원을 횡령한 혐의를 받는다. 이 가운데, 42억원을 가상화폐에 투자한 것으로 알려졌다.
이와 관련해 황정음은 지난해 5월 열린 첫 공판에서 공소사실을 모두 인정했다. 당시 황정음은 소속사를 통해 “회사 명의의 자금이었지만, 제 활동으로 벌어들인 수익이었기에 미숙한 판단을 했던 것 같다”며 “개인 자산을 처분해 회사로부터 가지급금 형태로 인출했던 자금의 상당 부분을 변제했고, 일부 미변제금을 청산하기 위한 절차를 진행 중에 있다. 필요한 책임을 다 하도록 하겠다”고 전했다.
이후 6월 황정음 측은 “황정음은 훈민정음엔터테인먼트로부터 가지급금 형태로 사용했던 전액을 본인의 사유재산 등을 처분해 2025년 5월 30일과 6월 5일 두 차례에 걸쳐 모두 변제했다”며 “이에 따라 훈민정음엔터테인먼트와 황정음 간의 금전적 관계는 모두 해소됐다”고 밝혔다.
제주지법 형사2부(부장판사 임재남)는 지난해 9월 25일 특정경제범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반(횡령) 혐의로 불구속 기소된 황정음에게 징역 2년에 집행유예 4년을 선고했다. 항소 관련해 황정음 변호인은 “법원 결정을 존중한다"고 밝혔다.
