브레이크뉴스 박동제 기자= 그룹 뉴진스를 제작한 어도어 전 대표 민희진의 독립 레이블 ‘오케이 레코즈(ooak records)’가 베일을 벗었다.
오케이 레코즈는 지난 3일 오후 6시 공식 인스타그램, X(구 트위터), 공식 웹사이트를 오픈하며 본격적인 출범을 알렸다.

한편, 그룹 뉴진스의 소속사 하이브 레이블 어도어와 소송을 진행중인 민희진 측은 최근 기자회견을 개최, ‘뉴진스 탬퍼링’ 의혹 관련해 “멤버 한 명의 가족과 특정 기업인이 벌인 대국민 사기극”이라고 주장했다.
민희진 소송대리인 법무법인 지암 김선웅 변호사는 지난달 28일 서울 종로구 모처에서 ‘뉴진스 탬퍼링’ 의혹 관련 공개 기자회견을 개최했다.
이날 김 변호사는 “‘뉴진스 템퍼링’에 대해서는 책임이 없다. 오히려 그걸 역이용하는 세력이 있었고, 주식시장 교란 세력에 이용됐다. 특히 멤버 중 가족의 한 명이 연관돼 있어 당시에는 제대로 대응하지 못했다. 최근 여러 가지 사건을 계기로 기자회견을 열게 됐다”고 말했다.
이어 “민희진 전 대표는 어도어로부터 손해배상 청구 소송을 당했다. 멤버들을 어도어로부터 분리해서 어도어의 매니지먼트 권리를 침해했다는 내용이었다”며 “민희진 전 대표는 어도어와 관계가 정리됐고, 뉴진스 멤버들도 어도어로 복귀하는 것으로 알고 있어서 서로의 자리에서 각자의 앞날을 위해 최선을 다하는 것으로 생각하고 있었다”고 전했다.
또 “그러나 어도어에서 다니엘만 계약 해지를 하고 손해배상 청구 소송을 했다. 뉴진스 완전체를 해체하기 위한 것이 아니냐는 우려를 하게 됐고, 민 대표와 하이브의 주주간계약 분쟁에서도 멤버 가족을 이용하려는 시도가 나와서 최소한의 입장을 밝힐 수밖에 없게 됐다”고 기자회견을 개최한 이유를 밝혔다.
김 변호사는 “민희진 전 대표는 템퍼링이 자신이 아닌 뉴진스 멤버 중 한 명의 가족과 특정 기업인이 결탁한 주가 부양 및 주식시장 교란 공모였음을 알게 됐다. 주식시장 공모 세력이 민 전 대표와 뉴진스 멤버들을 이용해 이익을 챙기기 위한 수단으로 사용했다는 것까지 증거를 발견했다”며 “특정 기업 주가 부양을 위한 뉴진스 멤버 가족 한 명과 특정 기업인이 벌인 대국민 사기극으로 보고 있다”고 주장했다.
그러면서 “민희진 전 대표는 뉴진스 복귀와 재활동을 위해 주주간 계약상 모든 권리를 포기할 각오로 하이브와 합의를 시도했다. 이 과정에서 하이브 핵심 경영진과 친분이 있다는 멤버의 가족이 민희진 대표의 상황을 악용해 뉴진스 템퍼링을 계획하고 주식시장 교란 세력을 끌어들였다는 것이 이른바 ‘뉴진스 템퍼링”의 본질"이라고 강조했다.
