이재명 대통령이 4일 "부동산 투기·투기하며 부당 기대를 가진 다주택자보다 집값 폭등에 고통받는 국민이 정책적으로 더 배려받아야 한다"고 주장했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 엑스(X·구 트위터)에 토지거래허가구역 내 세입자 거주 주택 보유 다주택자는 양도소득세 중과 유예 종료일(5월 9일)까지 주택 처분이 어렵다는 내용 언론 사설을 공유하며 이같이 밝혔다.
그러면서 “이미 4년 전부터 매년 종료가 예고됐던 제도인데 대비 않은 건 다주택자 본인 책임 아닌가”라고 덧붙였다.
