3일 인크루트에 따르면 ‘2026 공공기관 채용정보박람회’ 디렉토리북을 활용해 공공기관의 신입 연봉을 취합 및 분석한 결과, 올해 공공기관의 전일제 기준 신입 평균 연봉은 4100만원으로 지난해 평균 3961만원보다 139만원 증가했다. 이는 최근 5년간 가장 높은 상승치이다.
조사 대상은 박람회에 참여한 공공기관 148곳 (공기업 시장형 14, 공기업 준시장형 13, 준정부기관 기금관리형 12, 준정부기관 위탁집행형 39, 기타공공기관 67, 부설기관 3)이며, 이 중 연봉 정보를 뚜렷하게 공개한 139곳의 기관을 추려 조사했다.
