이를 효율적으로 추진하기 위해 군 건설과 및 읍·면 시설직 공무원 13명으로 구성된 전담반이 투입됐다. 이들은 사업 대상지를 직접 방문해 현황을 파악하고, 현장 여건에 최적화된 시공 방법을 결정해 설계도서를 작성할 방침이다.
군은 합동집무 기간 내에 설계도서 작성을 마무리하고, 오는 2월부터 공사 계약심사 등 필수적인 행정절차를 신속히 이행할 계획이다. 예정대로 절차가 진행되면 2월에서 3월 사이 본격적인 발주와 착공이 이루어질 전망이다.
