이재명 대통령이 4일(현지시간) 재중 동포들과 만나 "이번 답방은 과거 30여년 수교 역사를 디딤돌 삼아 양국의 새 30년을 설계하는 중요 이정표가 될 것"이라고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 저녁 중국 베이징 한 호텔에서 열린 재중 동포 만찬 간담회 인사말에서 "지난해 경주 APEC(아시아태평양경제협력체) 정상회의에서 시진핑 국가주석을 만나 양국 전략적 협력 동반자 관계를 실질 복원하고 보다 성숙한 관계로 발전시켜 나가자 약속했다"며 이같이 전했다.
