경기 용인시 처인구 역북동에 새 아파트 단지가 공급된다. ‘용인 푸르지오 클루센트’가 이달 19일 견본주택을 열고 분양 일정에 들어간다.
이 단지는 용인신대피에프브이㈜가 시행하고 대우건설이 시공한다. 옛 용인세브란스병원 부지를 정비한 신대지구 A1블록에 들어서며, 지하 3층~지상 29층, 6개 동, 전용 84㎡ 단일 면적 총 784가구 규모다. 타입별로는 84㎡A 569가구, 84㎡B 163가구, 84㎡C 52가구다.
청약은 이달 29일 특별공급을 시작으로 30일 1순위, 31일 2순위 순으로 진행된다. 당첨자 발표는 내년 1월 7일, 정당계약은 같은 달 19~21일이다. 비규제지역에 해당해 주택담보대출비율(LTV) 70%가 적용되며, 실거주 의무와 재당첨 제한은 없다. 분양권 전매는 6개월 이후 가능하고, 입주는 2028년 12월 예정이다.
입지는 행정·교통·생활 인프라가 모인 역북동 일대다. 에버라인 명지대역을 도보로 이용할 수 있고, 기흥역 환승을 통해 분당·강남권 이동이 가능하다. 서용인IC를 통해 주요 고속도로 접근도 수월한 편이다. 인근에는 용인시청과 세무서, 교육지원청 등 공공기관이 모인 용인 행정타운이 자리하고 있다.
교육과 생활 여건도 갖췄다. 서룡초가 도보권에 있고, 용신중·용인고와 대학 캠퍼스가 인근에 있다. 역북동 학원가와 용인중앙도서관 이용도 편리하다. 단지 앞 금학천과 인근 공원들이 있어 보행과 휴식을 위한 환경도 마련돼 있다.
단지는 남향 위주 배치와 4베이 판상형 구조를 적용해 채광과 통풍을 고려했다. 현관·주방 팬트리, 안방 드레스룸 등 수납공간을 강화했고, 가구당 주차대수는 1.44대다. 커뮤니티 시설로는 피트니스, 골프연습 공간, 어린이도서관, 스터디룸, 공유오피스 등이 계획돼 있다.
견본주택은 용인시 수지구 동천동에 마련된다.
“Yongin Prugio Clusent” Opens Model House on December 19
A new apartment complex, Yongin Prugio Clusent, will be supplied in Yeokbuk-dong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin. The model house is scheduled to open on December 19, followed by the subscription process.
Developed by Yongin Sindae PFV and built by Daewoo Engineering & Construction, the complex is located on the former Yongin Severance Hospital site in the Sindae District (Block A1). It consists of six buildings, rising up to 29 stories above ground, with a total of 784 units, all offered in a single 84㎡ floor plan.
Subscription applications will begin with special supply on December 29, followed by first-priority applications on December 30 and second-priority on December 31. Winners will be announced on January 7 next year, and contracts will be signed from January 19 to 21. The complex is located in a non-regulated area, allowing up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV) financing, with no mandatory occupancy period or re-subscription restrictions. Move-in is scheduled for December 2028.
The site offers convenient access to public transportation, administrative facilities, schools, and green spaces. Residents will be able to walk to Myeongji University Station on the EverLine, with transfers to the Bundang and Gangnam areas via Giheung Station. Nearby parks and streams also contribute to a comfortable living environment.
The model house is located in Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin.
