이와 관련해 온주완 측은 해당 루머에 대해 적극 해명에 나선 것으로 보인다. 온주완과 함께 ‘ㅇㅈㅇ’ 연예인으로 지목된 배우 이장우는 직접 루머를 부인했다. 오는 11월 배우 조혜원과 결혼을 앞둔 이장우는 자신의 인스타그램 스토리를 통해 “ㅇㅈㅇ 저 아니에요. 전화 좀 그만, 일하고 있어요”라는 해명글을 남기기도 했다.
