[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산시와 재외동포청은 ‘2025 세계한인비즈니스 포럼 및 무역상담회’를 9~ 10일까지 롯데호텔 부산에서 공동 개최한다.
부산경제진흥원이 주관하는 이번 행사는 재외동포 경제인과의 협력을 통해 지역 중소기업의 해외시장 진출을 확대하고자 기획됐다.
올해 포럼은 특히 글로벌 사우스, 유럽, 오세아니아 등지에서 활동 중인 재외동포 바이어를 특별 초청하여 해외 판로 개척의 교두보를 마련하는 데 주력했다.
9일 개최된 ‘2025 세계한인비즈니스 포럼’은 ‘한상 경제권 구축을 위한 비즈니스 활성화 방안’을 주제로 열렸다. 행사에는 김광회 부산시 미래혁신부시장, 변철환 재외동포청 차장, 중소기업 관계자 및 재외동포 경제인 등 100여 명이 참석했다.
이날 포럼은 인하대학교 교수가 좌장을 맡은 가운데, 주제 발표에는 장정재 부산연구원 책임연구위원이 '한상-해외무역사무소 협력 기반 글로벌 시장 진출 활성화'를, 권도겸 한국무역협회 부산지역본부장은 '글로벌 네트워크를 활용한 중소기업 수출활성화 전략'을 제시했다.
10일에는 미국, 중국, 일본, 베트남 등 부산의 주요 수출국 바이어 30여 개사와 재외동포 비즈니스 자문단(OK BIZ) 20여 개사가 참가한 ‘해외바이어 초청 무역상담회’가 진행된다. 이들은 부산기업과 1:1 맞춤형 비즈니스 상담을 통해 실질적 수출 성과를 도모한다.

지난해 5,700만 불 상담 성과… 올해는 글로벌 네트워크 확대 주력
2024년 무역상담회에서는 117개 지역기업과 37개 해외바이어가 만나 약 5,700만 달러 규모의 상담 성과를 달성한 바 있다. 올해는 미·중·일·베 4대 주요국 외에도 유럽, 아프리카, 오세아니아, 미주 등으로 네트워크를 확대해 보다 폭넓은 글로벌 협력 기반을 마련했다.
