대전테크노파크가 대전 지역 기업들의 국방 및 드론 산업 진입을 지원하기 위해 '민-군 브릿지 코디네이터'를 수시 모집한다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 모집은 오는 11월 30일까지 진행되며, 방산혁신클러스터의 국방·드론 분야 맞춤형 현장 컨설팅을 수행할 인력을 찾고 있다.
민-군 브릿지 코디네이터는 대전 기업의 방산시장 진출을 가속화하기 위해 국방 및 드론 전후방 분야의 기술 사업화 맞춤 컨설팅을 제공하는 역할을 맡고 있다. 지난해에는 26명이 선정되어 활동 중이다.
모집하는 컨설팅 분야는 핵심 기술 개발 및 양산, 중소기업 보유 기술의 무기체계 연결 및 시험 평가 지원, 부품 국산화 개발, 방위사업 관리 등으로 다양하다.
신청 자격은 군, 기업, 기관 등에서 국방 관련 직무를 10년 이상 수행한 경력자로, 자격 검토 후 코디네이터로 등록되면 대전TP 소속이 아닌 개인 자격으로 활동하게 된다.
코디네이터의 활동은 전문 분야를 고려하여 기업 수요와 연계될 경우 기업과 직접 대면하는 현장 컨설팅 방식으로 진행될 예정이다. 올해 모집 인원은 20명 내외로, 방산혁신클러스터 사업이 종료되는 2026년 12월 31일까지 활동할 계획이다.
