【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국건강관리협회 대구지부가 설 명절을 맞아 도움의 손길이 필요한 지역 주민과 아동에게 후원금을 전달했다고 22일 밝혔다.
지난 21일 건협 대구지부는 신천3동 행정복지센터와 솔잎지역아동센터를 방문해 후원금을 전달하고 나눔의 의미를 되새기는 시간을 가졌다.
건협 대구는 다양한 의료서비스를 통해 지역 주민의 건강증진에 기여하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역사회공헌인정 기관으로 독거노인 반찬 배달, 김장 담그기 봉사, 농촌 마을 일손 돕기, 국가유공자·범죄피해자 사회공헌 건강검진 등 다양한 사회공헌활동을 실시하고 있다.
건협 대구 김태욱 본부장은 “여러 가지로 어려운 시기를 함께 극복하는데 도움이 되었으면 좋겠으며, 사회적 책임기관으로서의 지역 내 중추적 역할을 이행할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 전했다.
