수원시는 2021년 12월 ‘공인(公印)날인기록관리시스템’을 도입해 분야별 확인서·증명서 등의 수원시장 직인의 날인 절차를 전자화했고, 날인 기록을 전산화해 관리하고 있다.
수원시는 행정 업무 효율성과 편의성을 높이기 위해 올해부터 전자 날인 대상을 4개 구청장, 15개 사업소장으로 확대했다.
직인 날인이 필요한 부서에서 ‘공인날인기록관리시스템’으로 날인을 신청하면, 생성된 전자 직인이미지를 활용해 전자날인할 수 있다. 기존 수기로 관리하던 날인 기록을 전산화해 더 체계적으로 이력을 관리할 수 있게 됐다.
기존에는 구청장·사업소장 직인 날인이 필요할 때 업무 담당자가 공인 관리 부서에 방문해 날인 대장을 수기로 작성한 후 직인을 날인해야 했는데, 공인날인기록관리시스템 확대 운영으로 구청·사업소에서도 더 효율적이고 신속하게 행정업무를 처리할 수 있게 됐다.
