[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시 농업기술센터는 28일 반려동물 문화복합공간인 펫-빌리지 내에 반려동물 산책로를 조성했다고 밝혔다.
반려동물 산책로 조성 공사는 주민이 직접 제안하여 시행한 2024년 창원시 주민참여예산사업으로, 총 1억원의 사업비로 성산구 상복동 산83번지 일원에 반려동물과 함께 걷기 좋은 산책로 3개 구간과 쉼터 1개소를 설치했다.
창원시는 반려동물 산책로와 2020년 6월 개장한 펫-빌리지 놀이터에 이어 올해 10월 개관을 목표로, 내부 인테리어 공사가 한창 진행 중인 반려동물 문화센터를 통합 운영하여, 반려동물 문화복합공간 펫-빌리지 인프라 구축을 완료하고, 반려동물 친화도시 조성에 역량과 시너지를 집중할 계획이다.
