한국스카우트연맹(총재 강태선, 블랙야크회장)은 1월21일자 보도자료에서 “한국스카우트연맹(총재 강태선, 블랙야크회장)이 지난 1월20일 영등포에 위치한 하이서울유스호텔에서 2024년도 범스카우트중앙회 정기총회를 개최했다”고 열렸다.

한편 한국스카우트연맹은 현재까지 2,050여명의 범스카우트 대원을 배출했다. 범스카우트 대원 1호는 고(故) 김용우 전 국방부 장관를 시작으로 곽동성 전 중앙대학교 경영대학장ㆍ이항복 전 세계스카우트연맹 이사회 의장 등 많은 지도층 인사를 배출했다.
