[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 홍남표 창원특례시장은 현지시간 10일 미국 라스베이거스 컨벤션센터에서 개최되는 ‘CES 2024’에서 참가기업들과 간담회를 가지고 해외투자유치를 위한 MOU 체결을 지원했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이날 간담회에는 CES 2024에 참가한 창원시 관내 10개 스타트업을 포함한 CES 2024 혁신상 수상기업들과 창원시 지·산·학 협력 공유협업사업으로 진행되는 경남대·창원대 학생 서포터즈 참가자들이 한곳에 모여 소통의 시간을 가졌다.
창원시는 간담회에 앞서 라스베이거스 컨벤션센터 KOTRA 통합한국관에서 의료바이오 분야 참가기업인 미라클레어, AI바이오틱스, 오션스바이오와 현지 투자사 M3 Global 간 해외투자유치 지원 MOU를 체결한 이후, 이차전지 배터리팩 제조기업인 씨티엔에스와 미국 전기차 스타트업 압테라(Aptera)는 미국 배터리팩 및 에너지 솔루션 시장 진출을 위한 JV(조인트 벤쳐)를 설립하고 공동기술개발 등을 협력하는 MOU를 체결하였다.
