(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 ‘3080+ 대도시권 주택공급방안’과 관련해 지난 10월 28일 도심공공주택 복합사업 민간제안 통합공모 후보지로 2곳(원미공원 인근, 송내역 남측2)이 선정됨에 따라, 사업에 대한 주민(토지등소유자 등)들의 이해 증진을 위해 오는 3월 15일 주민설명회를 개최한다.
주민설명회는 도심 공공주택 복합사업 정책방향 및 제도, 질의응답 등으로 구성됐으며, 코로나19 확산 우려에 따라 3월 15일 오후 2시부터 90분 동안 유튜브를 통해 실시간 라이브로 진행된다.
부천시는 설명회에 앞서 해당 사업에 대한 질의사항을 3월 7일부터 3월 10일까지 접수하여 주민들의 궁금증을 해소할 계획이다.
또, 기한 내 미접수자를 위해 주민설명회 진행 시 실시간으로 질의사항을 접수할 예정이며 온라인설명회는 부천시 유튜브에서 참여할 수 있다.

원미마을관리사회적협동조합은 부천시청과의 협약을 시작으로 도시재생거점시설을 기반으로 삼아 마을교육사업, 마을관리(방범, 집수리, 조경 등) 사업, 공간대관사업, 마을상점 운영사업, 마을카페 운영사업을 추진할 예정이다.
