부천시, 올해 빈집정비사업 시행

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 도시 미관을 저해하고 범죄 우려가 있는 방치된 주택 정비를 위하여 2022년 빈집정비사업을 본격적으로 추진하고 사업에 필요한 비용을 지원한다.

빈집정비사업은 ‘부천시 빈집정비계획’수립에 따라 안전조치 및 철거조치가 필요한 3·4등급 빈집을 대상으로 사업비용을 지원하여 빈집 소유자의 자진 정비와 공공 목적으로 활용할 수 있도록 유도하는 사업이다.

올해는 도비 30%를 포함한 6,400만원의 예산을 투입해 빈집 6개동을 정비하며,  연차별 정비계획에 따라 2022년 정비대상을 우선으로 지원하고, 2024년까지 매년 순차적으로 사업 추진·완료할 예정이다.

지원 규모는 사업유형에 따라 빈집 철거 시 최대 1,000만원까지 지원하고, 철거 후 3년간 공공활용 제공하는 경우에는 2,000만원까지 확대 지원하며, 울타리 설치 등 안전조치 비용은 최대 600만원까지 지원한다.

사업비 지원신청은 2월 7일부터 3월 31일까지 구비서류를 포함한 시청서를 부천시청 10층 재개발과로 우편 또는 방문으로 제출해야 하며, 지방보조금심의위원회 심사를 거쳐 지원 대상이 최종 결정된다.
