브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 최재성 청와대 정무수석은 13일 이명박·박근혜 전 대통령의 특별사면과 관련 "사면은 대통령의 고유 권한이지만 그 권한은 국민으로부터 위임받은 권력이고, 그걸 책임지는 행정 수반이기 때문에 '국민' 두 글자를 빼고 생각하기 어렵다"고 밝혔다.
