6일 경찰에 따르면, 서울강동경찰서는 지난달 29일 진예솔을 도로교통법상 음주운전 혐의로 검찰에 송치했다.
진예솔은 지난 6월 12일 오후 10시 반경, 서울 송파구와 강동구 올림픽대로를 타고 하남 방향으로 달리던 중 가드레일을 두 차례 들이받는 사고를 냈다. 이후 밤 11시경 고덕동 한 삼거리에서 기어를 주행 상태에 놓고 신호대기를 하던 중 운전석에서 잠든 채 경찰에 붙잡혔고, 음주운전 혐의로 입건됐다. 사고 당시 진예솔의 혈중알코올농도는 면허취소 수준(0.08% 이상)이었다.
