[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이귀선기자] 삼성전자 임직원 등 17명이 지난 27일 통복천 참여의숲에서 ‘도시숲 가꾸기 행사’를 진행했다.
28일 평택시에 따르면 시민·기업·단체 참여의숲은 평택시에서 부지(국공유지)를 제공하고, 기업은 ESG·CSR 등과 연계한 조성·관리 등 도시숲 조성 후 기부채납방식의 취지를 전했다.
도시숲은 삼성전자에서 2021년 11월 2일 ‘자연과 소통하는 바람소리 숲정원’이라는 테마로 교목 왕벚나무 외 2종 100주, 관목 영산홍 외 4종 4260주, 초화류 구절초 외 5종 3600본 등 총 8600주의 수목을 심고 바람소리 감성시설물, 벤치, 안내판 등 조경시설물 등을 설치해 평택시에 기부한 도시숲이다.
