직장인 1인 평균 대출액 5202만원..2030세대 증가폭↑

브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 2021년 기준 직장인 1인당 평균 대출액이 처음으로 5000만원을 넘어섰다.

 

통계청이 28일 발표한 '2021년 일자리행정통계 임금근로자 부채'를 보면, 21년 12월 말 기준 임금근로자의 평균대출은 5202만원으로 전년보다 7.0%(340만원) 늘었다.

 

임금근로자의 평균 대출은 개인이 은행 또는 비은행 금융기관에서 받은 대출 잔액의 합을 임금근로자의 수로 나눈 값이다.

 

관련 통계 작성이 시작된 2017년 이후 직장인 평균 대출액이 5000만원을 넘어선 것은 이번이 처음이다. 

 

평균대출액은 추이를 보면 2017년 3974만원, 2018년 4175만원, 2019년 4408만원, 2020년 4862만원, 2021년 5202만원을 기록했다.

 

전년 대비 증가폭으로 보면, 2019년 까지는 5%대 증가를 보이다 2020년 10.3%로 크게 늘어난 뒤 2021년 7%로 둔화됐다.

 

이에 대해 차진숙 통계청 행정통계과장은 "2021년도는 코로나19 재확산 속에서 저금리가 지속되고 주택금융자산 가격이 상승한 시점"이라며 "정부가 가계부채 관리 강화방안 등 많은 금융지원을 시행해 대출을 강화하다 보니 평균대출 증가 폭이 둔화했다"고 분석했다.

 

이어 연령대로 보면, 대출액은 40대가 가장 많았고 증가폭은 2030세대에서 가장 컸다.

 

40대 근로자 평균 대출액은 7638만원으로 전년보다 7.2% 늘었다. 이어 30대(7168만원), 50대(6057만원), 60대(3800만원) 순이었다.

 

29세 이하는 평균 대출액이 1691만원에 불과했으나, 대출 증가율이 15.4%로 가장 높았다. 30대 역시 증가율이 10.7%로 높은편에 속했다.

 

또한 주택외담보대출이 20대에서 22.8%(165만원), 30대도 15.3%로 높게 증가했는데 전세보증금대출이나 학자금대출 등이 늘었난 것으로 분석된다.

 

대출 종류별로는 1억원 미만에서는 신용대출의 비중이 컸고, 1억원 이상에선 주택담보대출 비중이 높았다.

 

임금근로자의 대출잔액 기준 연체율은 통계 작성 이후 가장 낮은 수치인 0.41%를 기록했다. 이에 대해 차진숙 과장은 "저금리로 상환능력이 좋아진 측면, 코로나19로 취약계층에 대한 원리금 상환 유예 조치 등이 복합적으로 작용해 연체율이 굉장히 낮게 나온 것으로 보고 있다"고 설명했다.

 

아울러 대출잔액 기준 연체율은 대출잔액 1000만원 미만(3.27%)이 가장 높았고, 그다음 1000만~3000만원 미만(2.05%), 3000만~5000만원 미만(1.27%) 순이었다.

 

산업별 연체율은 건설업(0.99%), 숙박·음식(0.94%), 사업·임대(0.73%), 운수·창고(0.72%) 순으로 높았다.
