인천서구, 중대재해 ‘비상대응’ 매뉴얼 배포 및 사회적기업 맞춤형 컨설팅 모집

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 15일 중대산업재해 발생을 대비해 중대재해예방 ‘비상대응’ 매뉴얼을 마련하고 배포했다고 밝혔다. 
 

서구에 따르면, 구가 제작한 매뉴얼은 중대산업재해가 발생하거나 발생할 급박한 위험이 있을 경우를 대비해 작업 중지, 근로자 대피, 위험요인 제거 등 대응 조치, 중대산업재해를 입은 사람에 대한 구호 조치, 추가 피해방지를 위한 조치 등에 관한 내용을 담았다.

또, 서구는 매뉴얼과 함께 ‘사고 발생 시 산재 신청 처리 절차’에 관한 홍보자료를 제작해 전 부서에 배포했다.
 

서구는 중대재해 발생위험이 큰 현업종사자와 도급·용역·위탁사업장에 대해 전문기관과 합동 점검을 진행하고 안전·보건 건의함을 설치해 의견 청취 절차를 마련하는 등 안전한 근무환경에 힘쓰고 있다.

또, 매뉴얼을 바탕으로 중대산업재해 예방을 위한 비상 대응 훈련과 관리감독자 교육 등을 추진한다는 방침이다.

또한, 인천 서구가 15일 인증 사회적기업과 예비 사회적기업을 준비하는 기업, 예비창업자를 대상으로 맞춤형 컨설팅을 진행하고 오는 31일까지 참여 기업을 모집한다고  밝혔다. 
 

서구에 따르면,  이번 컨설팅에서 10개 기업을 선발해 전문 컨설턴트와 연계한 차별화된 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅을 지원한다.
 

컨설팅은 기업의 경영현황 분석, (예비)사회적기업 제도 안내, (예비)사회적기업 전환을 위한 실무 컨설팅(조직형태, 재무제표 분석, 인사, 노무 등 경영애로사항 대안 제시), (예비)사회적기업 지정 및 인증까지 총 5회로 진행된다.
 

한편, 현재 서구에는 인증 사회적기업 35곳, 예비 사회적기업은 23곳으로 구는 사회적경제 육성을 위한 여러 사업을 진행 중이다.
