이어 “그동안 당사는 지속적인 모니터링과 팬 여러분들께서 제보해 준 자료를 바탕으로 상황을 예의 주시하고 있었지만, 점점 도를 지나치는 루머들이 걷잡을 수 없이 생산되고 있어 더 이상 묵과할 수준이 아니라고 판단, 소속 배우를 보호하기 위해 강력한 법적 대응을 진행하고자 한다”고 전했다.
또 “현재 당사는 내부적으로 진행한 장기간의 모니터링과 제보로 1차 증거 수집을 완료했으며, 추가적인 증거 자료를 토대로 법무법인을 통해 고소장을 제출할 예정이다”며 “이와 같은 일이 재발되지 않도록 허위 사실 유포자, 악성 루머 생성 및 게시자, 악성 댓글 게시자 등에게 향후 어떠한 합의나 선처 없이 엄중한 조치를 취할 것임을 알려드린다”고 말했다.
