전남교육청, 2023. 기초학력 전담교사 직무연수 운영

이번 연수는 기초학력전담교사제의 목적과 역할을 공유하고, 학습지원대상학생에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 문해력·수리력 지도 전문성을 키워주기 위해 마련됐다.

특히, 이번 연수에서는 문해력·수리력 통합 지도 방법과 연차별 맞춤형 연수를 제공하기 위한 직무연수 과정을 개발해 운영한다.

연수에 참여한 한 신규 기초학력전담교사는 “올해 처음 기초학력전담교사가 되어 문해력·수리력 개별화 수업 실행에 대해 걱정이 있었는데, 연수를 통해 자신감을 가지게 됐다.”며 “이번에 배운 내용을 바탕으로 어려움을 겪는 학습지원 대상학생들에게 학습의 즐거움을 느끼게 하고 싶다.”고 말했다.

노명숙 전남교육청 유초등교육과장은 “정규교원이 전문성을 바탕으로 문해력·수리력에 어려움을 겪는 아이들에게 개별화 수업을 지원하는 것이 학생의 평등한 출발선을 보장하는데 가장 효과적이다.”며 ‘기초학력전담교사제의 내실 있는 운영과 전문성 함향을 위한 노력을 지속하겠다.“고 밝혔다.
